Below are our terms and conditions of our service. When you book your service in you also receive an email  with our Service Policy. The Service Policy breaks down what to expect when having each cleaning service carried out. It also lets you know what needs to be done before we arrive and a little bit about how each clean works.

We believe this is an important part of the service as expectations of cleaning are subjective and this provides a definitive explanation as to what the limitations of the clean are. Please ensure that you read over the Service Policy emailed before agreeing as essentially the service policy is an agreement that you understand the limitations and also what is required of you to help provide a seamless service. Please note that an email address is essential for all bookings so that the booking service policy can be confirmed which then confirms the booking. Alternatively an abridged paper version can be provided that must be signed prior to the clean. Cancelations at the time of the service because of the service policy's will incur a minimum service fee charge for costs incurred from admin to traveling to site and also to partially cover loss of revenue for that time slot.
