Rate: Above award $30 per hour + Super + Monthly Performance Bonuses

Job Description:

As a Carpet Cleaning Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and upkeep of carpets in residential and commercial settings. Your primary duties will include:

1. Operating carpet cleaning equipment efficiently and safely.

2. Following established procedures and guidelines for carpet cleaning to ensure quality and consistency.

3. Working collaboratively with team members to complete cleaning tasks efficiently and effectively.

4. Presenting a professional appearance personally, with your vehicle and with your cleaning tools.

5. Communicating effectively with clients to understand their specific needs and address any concerns.

6. Maintaining a clean and organized work environment, including proper storage and maintenance of equipment and cleaning agents.

7. Adhering to safety protocols and procedures at all times to ensure the well-being of yourself, your team members, and our clients.

Qualifications:

1. Previous experience in carpet cleaning or a related field preferred but not required.

2. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and follow established procedures.

3. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.

4. Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.

5. Physical stamina and the ability to lift and move heavy equipment as needed.

6. Valid manual driver's license.

7. Police Check and Blue Card Required.
